These Terms of Sale govern the sale of digital products (presets, templates, video editing resources) sold on the cutdrop.io website, published by CutDrop.
The products sold are downloadable digital files. Descriptions, compatibility information, and contents are specified on each product page.
Prices are stated in euros including VAT. CutDrop reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. The order is confirmed upon payment confirmation.
Products are delivered instantly by download after payment. A download link is sent by email and is accessible from your customer account.
In accordance with consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase.
The purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license. Products may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
